Permitting Process
LSRC has implemented a new permitting process for working on railroad property. You will need to complete a “Right of Entry Application” and email it to [email protected] along with a drawing and insurance certificate. Please review the “Contractor Instructions” for additional information.
Once the application has been approved, you will be sent a “Right of Entry Permit”. A fully signed copy of this document must be on file at Lake State Railway Company and authorized parties must carry a copy of the agreement while on railroad property.
